Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026. These terms cover your use of Kwop at kwop.io. We kept them short and in plain words: what you get, what you pay, what you may and may not do, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. The service
Kwop (“Kwop”, “we”, “us”) is a web app for site owners. Once our tracking script runs on your site, Kwop records each visit so you can watch it back like a video (session replay): pages, clicks, scrolls, rage clicks and drop-offs. On the Pro plan, Kwop can also read payments from your own Stripe, Whop or Shopify account to show which visits led to revenue, Kwop answers questions about your visitors and drafts follow-up emails, and an MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor read your Kwop data.
By creating an account or using Kwop, you agree to these terms. If you use Kwop for a business, you agree to them on behalf of that business.
2. Your account
- Use a real email address you can access. We use it to sign you in and to send account and billing messages.
- Keep your password and your personal MCP link private: anyone who has that link can read your Kwop data. You can regenerate it from the MCP page if it leaks. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.
3. The free test
You can try Kwop without a card. You paste a site address and Kwop runs 3 test visits: a real browser opens that site like a person would, on a computer and on a phone, reads, scrolls, looks for your prices and clicks your main button. You then watch each visit and see what got in the way. Only paste the address of a site you own or are allowed to test.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans are sold and billed through Whop, which processes the payment. You choose monthly or yearly billing; yearly costs 20% less per month. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Current prices are on the pricing page, and the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
| Starter | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Launch-week price | $47 / month | $119 / month |
| Regular price (after launch week) | $94 / month | $238 / month |
| Sites | 1 | Unlimited |
| Sessions recorded | Sampled (~90%) | All |
| Change your site’s address | $2.99 per change | Free, unlimited |
| Connectors, revenue, Kwop, MCP | Not included | Included |
- Upgrades (Starter to Pro, or monthly to yearly) take effect as soon as the payment goes through, and you only pay the difference. The exact amount is shown before you pay.
- Site address change on Starter is a one-time $2.99 payment through Whop for each change. Changing a site’s address clears the visits, replays and linked payments recorded for the old address.
- Failed payments: if a renewal does not go through, we email you a link to pay. If it is still unpaid 2 days later, your paid features are paused until the payment succeeds.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep full access to your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. Until that date, you can undo the cancellation and keep your plan: nothing is charged at that moment, and your plan renews on its usual date. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Kwop only in ways that are legal where you and your visitors are. In particular:
- Only install the tracker on sites you own or are allowed to manage. The same goes for the addresses you paste for test visits.
- Tell your visitors. Say in your own privacy policy that you record visits with a session replay tool, and ask for consent where your law requires it. The tracker can wait for consent before recording.
- Respect the masking. Fields your visitors type in are masked in their browser and passwords are never read. Email addresses typed in your forms are used to match a visitor to their payment; you can turn this off on the script tag or on a form. Do not try to work around the masking to collect sensitive data.
- Only connect payment accounts you control. Use a key or token you are allowed to share, and disconnect it whenever you want.
- Do not use Kwop to harm anyone, send spam, break into systems, overload the service, or copy or resell it.
7. Your data
Your site’s recordings, visitors, funnels and the payments Kwop reads from your connected accounts are your data. We use them to run Kwop for you: to show your replays, compute your numbers and answer your questions. You can delete a visitor, with their visits, replays and email, from the dashboard (their payments stay in your revenue, without a name), and disconnect a connector at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, where it is processed and which services we rely on.
8. AI outputs are suggestions
The Kwop chat answers with an AI model. Findings, lead scores and follow-up emails are generated automatically from your data. All of these can be wrong or incomplete, so read them before you act. Kwop does not send follow-up emails for you: you copy them and decide whether to send. When you connect an AI assistant through MCP, it gets read-only access to your Kwop data through your personal MCP link, and that assistant’s own terms apply to what it does with it.
9. Availability
Kwop is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every visit will be recorded, or that it will fit a particular purpose. Features may change as the product evolves.
10. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Kwop is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You can stop using Kwop at any time by cancelling your plan. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example a tracker placed on a site without permission, or use that puts the service or other people at risk. When it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Kwop changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change matters for your account, we will let you know by email. Using Kwop after a change means you accept the new terms.

FAQ
Can I cancel Kwop anytime?
Yes, from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
Do I get a refund when I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference, and the amount is shown before you pay.
Who owns the recordings of my visitors?
You do. Kwop uses them to run the service for you, and you can delete a visitor and their replays from the dashboard.
Can I install Kwop on a client’s site?
Yes, if the client allows it. You need the right to manage that site, and the site’s privacy policy should mention the recording.
Are the AI’s follow-up emails sent automatically?
No. Kwop writes them from your data; you review them, copy them and decide whether to send.
